Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at 3Design Centar LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following policy regarding refunds and returns.

1. Timeframe for Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 24 hours from the date of purchase or receipt of the product. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase or receipt, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

– The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– It must be in the original packaging.

Please note that personalized products, including items with your photo or name, and products on sale, cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this information when returning the item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

– Check your bank account again.
– Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Contact your bank, as there is often processing time required for refunds to be posted.

6. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please send us an email at and ship your item to: Marshal Tito no 10, 1216 Brvenica, North Macedonia.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.

9. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: Marshal Tito no 10, 1216 Brvenica, North Macedonia.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an expensive item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
